If you haven't checked out super-producer Oddisee's latest offering, "Rock Creek Park", it's strongly recommended. The Diamond District leader is one of those beatmakers that have the talent and sound to create great, worthwhile instrumental hip-hop which this LP really proves. My man Chris Moss interviewed the man behind the wax and asked him to break down the album track-by-track for Al Lindstrom in collaboration with Mello Music Group. It's an interesting article that works great as a companion piece while listening to the album. As a bonus I added a link to an exclusive vocal version with soul singer Oliver Daysoul of the otherwise instrumental cut "Mattered Much" for y'all to bang.
